Well I only have 1 magpie left :( The 2 others died last week, havent a clue why but at least this ones still alive and he's doing really well. Im trying to get him to walk/fly so every day just letting him out on my mat or on the grass, he seems to really enjoy it and def knows who i am :) Ive decided to cal him "Mags" yes I know its original but its easy and it suites...lol ;) below is a video ive uploaded to you tube....

well done, loved the little film, i had a baby magpie with me for a week.when it died from the injury sustained when falling/being taken from nest, i was gutted!!!it started out as a pinky blob with a beak, when it died it was starting to feather up and be reactive to my voice.how crazy is this-i'm on the alert now for another one, but am aware baby birds on the ground usually dont need rescuing at all.
